Boundary Conditions Diagram

The Boundary Conditions Diagram is a tool that identifies the critical elements of a project and defines the conditions which must exist for a team to ship a successful product to market. Boundary Conditions create a “contract” between the project and management teams. This contract allows the team the authority to plan and execute the project with minimal intervention unless they cross the boundaries.
